Through September, I’ve been working on a new series of sunset watercolour paintings, celebrating the atmosphere and beauty of sunset over the seashore through the autumn months.

This new collection of work expresses the light and natural movement over the coast at the end of daylight.

The paintings use a subdued and natural palette of colours, some beautifully soft tones and subtle textures which come with using watercolour as a medium.
