The work explores memory, light and movement through responses to places experienced and remembered. Torque, tension and coastal space become recurring ideas within the work, providing a framework for exploring balance, energy and change.
Through colour and mixed-media processes, observed experience is transformed into abstract compositions, where place becomes memory, and memory becomes form.
